Yaara Workflows

If you have a Growth Plan with Yaara, you now have access to a new feature called Workflows.

Workflows are designed to help you easily create long-form content in a single sitting. Rather than staring at a blank document and feeling overwhelmed, Workflows provide you with all the tools you need to create a complete piece of content or a StoryBrand messaging in minutes. Simply follow the steps in the workflow and watch as the content is automatically added to the document editor. When you're finished, you'll have a fully formed, professional-quality piece of content.

Accessing Workflows

Navigate to your Documents and click the + to create a new document
Open up a AI tools tab inside the new document
Select a workflow from the Workflow list and Quickly Create content with a Workflow
This will open a workflow of your choice in AI Tools Mode.

Easy Method:

Navigate to your Tools Page
Select a workflow and Quickly Create content with a Workflow
This will open a new document with the workflow of your choice in AI Tools Mode.

Using Workflows

Enter the details for each workflow on the left and click Generate. This will give you content that you can accept, or regenerate
Once you are happy with the output, click Next
Next will pull over the content into your document, then move you down to the next step in the workflow

StoryBrand Workflow

The StoryBrand Messaging workflow that helps you create a message for your brand that resonates with your customers and helps influence their purchasing decisions. It uses a 7-part framework developed by Donald Miller to guide you in crafting a clear and compelling brand story. This workflow makes it easy for you to share your brand's message in a way that is easy for your audience to understand and engage with. This workflow includes the following components.

Meets A Guide
Who Gives Them A Plan
Calls Them To Action
Helps Them Avoid Failure
Ends In A Success
Character Transformation
